1. Please don’t bring outside food or alcohol — we promise there will already be more than enough to keep everyone well fed and well watered.

2. No smoking inside, near the doors, or on the patios.

3. BC liquor rules are a bit dramatic, so please bring a photo ID and a bank card if you’d like to order from the hosted bar. Also, please do not give alcohol to minors.

4. Please keep drinks in the garden and reception area only. That means no wandering with a drink into the foyer, lobby, hallways, bathrooms, parking lot, etc.

5. Please stay off the golf course. It is beautiful, but it is also full of people hitting small hard objects at high speed.

If everyone follows these rules, the evening should remain festive and eviction-free.
